Training where South Sound organizations actually work

FRTG is based in Puyallup and delivers active threat readiness, tactical trauma, de-escalation, and threat assessment training across Pierce County, King County, and Thurston County. Each county page is built for local search—and for leaders who want a trainer who knows the region, not a national brand that flies in once.

Counties we serve

Choose your county for localized readiness information

Every area page covers the organizations we train, nearby communities, compliance context, and how we show up on-site—without swapping city names into the same generic copy.

  • Training that respects multi-site and vendor-list realities
King County Training

Thurston County, WA

Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm, and nearby communities. State-adjacent workplaces, schools, faith communities, and local businesses that want practical readiness without corporate theater.

Why local pages matter

Same mission. Different buildings, cultures, and constraints.

A lockdown drill in a Puyallup elementary school is not the same conversation as a workplace violence plan for a Bellevue clinic or a volunteer safety ministry in Olympia. FRTG matches messaging and delivery to who you protect—and where you operate.

Based in Puyallup. Serving the South Sound.

We are not a franchise that disappears after the slide deck. Organizations across Pierce, King, and Thurston Counties get a practitioner who still answers calls—and who can return for drills, tabletops, and follow-on training.

FAQ

Service area questions

Do you only train in Pierce County?

No. Pierce County is our home base (Puyallup), but we regularly support organizations in King County and Thurston County. Travel and scheduling are part of the consult—tell us your city and we’ll confirm fit.

Can you train at our facility?

Yes. Most programs are delivered on-site so staff practice in the layout they actually use— hallways, lobby choke points, classrooms, and sanctuary spaces included.

What if our organization spans multiple counties?

Multi-site employers and denominational networks often start with one campus, then expand. We can scope a pilot site and a rollout plan across Pierce, King, or Thurston locations.

How do we get started?

Request a short consultation. We’ll map your risks, compliance pressures, and goals to a practical first engagement—foundational training, threat assessment support, or a drill cycle.
